1998 Plano, Texas Balloon Festival

I stumbled upon this scene.  When I first saw the balloon being packed up it appeared that the basket had skipped three times and the thing had died right there.  It reminds me of the old chalk outline of the victim on an old murder mystery.  I wish I had gotten a picture directly over the craft.
